Standard Schedule

A typical schedule includes arriving on Sunday by 7:00 p.m. and departing on the following Saturday by 9:00 a.m. Custom dates and schedules can be arranged upon request and availability.

Your day time in Eminence will be split between team building and construction. Day one will center around group initiatives, high and low ropes course work and other team building activities. Day 2-5 will split time between construction and other team building events. Each day half the group does team building while the other half does construction. Other reoccurring daily events are chores, devotional time, meals, and worship.

Transportation

CrossRoads Missions does not provide transportation to this field. Groups are responsible for arriving at Discovery Ministries in their own transportation or transportation that has been arranged in advance. CrossRoads does have some very good connections with charter companies and we would be glad to assist you in arranging transportation that works for you.


Housing

During your stay with us in Eminence we will be hosting you in lodge style housing and there is plenty of room for up to 48 participants. If booking is extensive, other housing options might be used in place of lodges.


Food

While in Eminence, all of your meals will be provided. The first meal provided is breakfast Monday morning. The last meal CrossRoads provides is breakfast on the day of departure (typically Saturday). All meals are provided by Discovery Ministries. All meals are home-cooked and hot except for those lunches where you might be out on the trail. Our lunches include sandwich, chips, fruit, and cookies. You can be certain to expect hearty, delicious meals.

Costs

$365.00 per person includes project(s), staffing, equipment, lodging and meals while on location, and three team building activities such as orienteering, group initiatives and spelunking. Your trip can also be upgraded to include High and Low Ropes and/or canoeing - a slight fee increase is applicable to the cost due to additional equipment, staff and travel for these upgrades.
