Allen attended Johnson Bible College and graduated in 2005. Following graduation, he served with Team Expansion as part of the Student Mobilization Team for two years. Allen now serves as the Inner-City Field Coordinator with CrossRoads Missions which was launched January of 2008. Allen's primary responsibility as Field Coordinator is to coordinate and organize groups for the various Inner-City fields; which currently consists of ministries in Louisville, Chicago and Cincinnati.
