Gina Wells attended Milligan College and graduated in 2001. Following graduation, she served with CrossRoads Missions as a summer intern in Piedras Negras, Mexico, followed by a year long internship focusing on CrossRoads Missions stateside programs. Her passion for service and discipleship led her to accept a position serving as the Stateside Coordinator. Gina led groups serving in Chicago, Arizona and Kentucky for three years organizing community events, service projects and group logisitcs. In 2004, she transitioned from coordinating trips in the states to leading the team in Mexico.

Gina continues to book and lead trips in Piedras Negras in 2008, but is in transition to serve as the Director of Involvement with CrossRoads Missions. Focusing on recruitment, she will provide opportunities for churches and individuals to get involved in service. Because of this transition, CrossRoads Missions is currently looking for a Field Coordinator to plan and organize logistics for all trips in Piedras Negras.
